I didn’t need a tow, but I also didn’t need one of these trucks speeding down my street. First, there is signage for no thru trucks. Second, the speed limit is 30, not 45-50. Third, the speed bumps are there for a reason, and should have been a good indicator that you were driving too fast. They’re narrow for emergency response, not for you to get to a call sooner. Finally, you blew through the stop sign. There are children on this street, and your business is not worth more than their lives. Slow down.

I am absolutely livid with Dan Wheeler Wrecker Service. Their behavior was not just unprofessional, it was downright appalling. I have never encountered such rude, hostile, and disrespectful individuals in my entire life. They were yelling and screaming, treating me like dirt, and made an already stressful situation ten times worse. And let's talk about their prices. $1200 for a 10-mile tow?
