Dan attempted to defend my husband for 3 separate DUI's. He also drove him to a facility in Tucson one day after he bumped into him down Nogales way. My husband was so wasted the cabby and I had to carry him to the front door when he got a taxi ride "home". It was imperative that my husband go to jail before he killed someone. Rehab and all efforts to save him failed. He died in Nogales. I carried him across the border in a box. Mr. Montgomery called once to collect funds due. I never heard from him again.
