Even though there were some additional problems we had to deal with, I cannot stress how much the help of Kaitlyn Call was for us. She was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and kind throughout our experience with Vaden.

As usual, I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Not only is my Trax still running smoothly, but the service department is amazing as well. They have taken great care of my Trax so far and are pretty quick with their services as well. My service advisor, Anthony, was nothing short of amazing. They definately deserve a 5 star rating!
