I had a couple of post sale issues and solved them with the assistance of some wonderful ladies at Dan Vaden. Amanda, who took my call initially and was amazing in setting me up with an appointment to get an accessory installed, Brittany who met me with a smile when I pulled into the service department and even left a thank you card in my truck, and Dana who made sure I had a form I needed. Finance personnel need more customer service training. Mr. Morgan and John will not return your phone calls nor will they have time to speak to you if you return to their office. I have never been treated so badly by a dealership in my life. Still waiting…
