We had a wonderful experience working with Dan and his team in preparing our house for sale and getting it sold. We put in substantial work into the home to get it ready for sale and Dan's team coordinated the whole process since we had moved out of Los Angeles and weren't physically in the area to oversee the improvements. In the end we got over the list price.
