My wife and I have been dealing with Dan Rodriguez of Dan the Tiki Man since April of 2022 to have our pool installed. We paid our deposit on April 8th 2022 and they set out to begin the permitting process. We waited and waited, I noticed that the system had corrections that needed to be made, but nobody seemed to be making them and eventually the permits got voided out and they had to resubmit them. This company is TERRIBLE. They lack professionalism, Dan has a nasty attitude, and they consistently make false promises and excuses. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money, and after they get it you'll see a whole other side. The reviews are deceiving, because their good reviews are for building tiki huts and pergolas.
