I called and told them that my garage door broke and I think it may be under warranty. She said she didn't know off hand if they had installed the door or not but she would check in to it and someone could get out to my house the next day. The next day, a Dan the Doorman service looked at the door and he came back with a couple of bolts and began re-installing the bracket to the door.
