They are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
It really is hard to rate American Family Insurance being as though I haven't had any claims. I replaced my house and garage roof with steel this summer. I had hale this spring like others in the area who had new roofs put on by Insurance paid for my own and I know Insurance doesn't pay for steel roofs. I should be rewarded for that next time rates go up.
Premiums just keep going up, with no claims made. Just another service that has given nothing, but just keeps on taking. Thanks
I called with concern about a possible reduction of my bill. It was an out -of office time. I do not know where she was speaking from ,but she was very pleasant and said to get back to her if I had any other questions.The only option given was a reduction in coverage that only saved $10 a month . I wrote back to ask for other options and never heard. I know some companies give credit for classes taken, safe driving records, etc... I am exploring other companies.
We reviewed all my insurance and I was able to save some money. They were very helpful.
