I have been using them for over 20 years. They are courteous, professional and do excellent work.
The elder smart ripped my mom off in Folcroft. They then threw the old roof on our neighbors roof. Our neighbor put Dan Smart up against a wall and threatened to throw him off the roof. Dan's wife was a realtor. She tried to rip off my client. In 1997 We called her out before the settlement and took a lot of cash out of her pocket and reimbursed our client. In my opinion, they can't be trusted.
