Pat did an excellent job on my roof. Everything was done to perfection, and I highly recommend them. They gave me an honest assessment, did fantastic work, and offered a great price.
I had a roof leak due to the freezing and thawing on my roof. My insurance company tried to say the leak was due to age, wear and tear of the roof. Dan Smart came out and fixed it and battled my insurance company to make sure I got covered under my homeowners insurance. If you are reading this I hope you will do the "smart" thing and hire Dan Smart & Sons Roofing. Very honest,reliable and reasonable pricing.
Outstanding family owned company. I called Daniel Smart one day & they were able to come out within 2 days to help me out. I had a leak due to the snow storm, freezing weather, & wind we recently had. Daniel Smart fixed my repair & resealed my roof. I did not know who to call after I found out my previous roofer had retired. Daniel Smart, his son & grandson were so very helpful, professional & very knowledgeable on what the cause of the issue was.
