I had put an order for my wedding and they claimed they called and they didn’t. They didn’t even have my order when I came to pick it up. I had to pick out different flowers less than a week before my wedding. I didn’t get an apology or nothing from the store manager Brenda. The lady that took my order in the beginning Joanne was very rude and of no help at all. Excellent selection of plants and tools, and the prices make the trip worthwhile. Highly recommended.
Awful customer service- bought a plant from them and when I went to repot it a few days later it had root rot and some sort of mold on the roots and dirt... I brought it back and was treated very rudely and they told me I overwatered and it was completely my fault but I didn't water it at all since I just purchased it.
