Please read all reviews. All of the positive reviews are from people that did not buy or live in this neighborhood. Buying from this builder has been the biggest mistake of my life! Search for the Tuscarora Creek Facebook Group and request an add. Take your time and read the posts, especially the ones critical of this builder, you will notice a pattern of unhappy owners!
Quiet, peaceful, and cleaned environment!
Low budget, low quality build. Stay away if able, warranty department is horrible. If you do buy, inspect every day and at every milestone, bring an inspector. Many issues will turn up in time. Expect 100’s of nail pops, missing exterior trim, leaking windows, leaking doors, furnace failure, and pipe leaks! Oh, they are also going to be building an apartment complex across the street from the pool, they will most likely leave this bit of information out when selling to you! Picture attached! Didn’t buy here after reading reviews and talking with residents. Some people said that buying from this builder has been a nightmare. Check out BBB and Consumer Affairs, this builder has horrible marks across the board. I wouldn’t even recommend these as section 8 homes. Truly sad
Look at the reviews here before considering buying. 5 stars from anyone who didn't actually buy one of these headaches and 1 star from actual home owners. Will add my own 1 star review to the list. 1 Star only due to location and friendly neighbors, the builder deserves none. It's been a little over 2 years since closing. We're now dealing with the FOURTH warranty manager. They've all been terrible, some nicer than others but all utterly ineffective in actually fixing anything.
