Finally a great place to eat in the casino! Oh, and finally a great place to drink in the casino! I shouldn't be writing this review because I'm biased, I'm a Steelers fan!!
The food is absolutely superb. I've dined at Dan Rooney's frequently and the high quality food remains the same. The salmon is awesome. Couldn't get any better. There are 3 people I'd like to compliment. The 2 hosts, Shannon and Mary are both very personable and polite as you walk through the door waiting to be seated. We eat here whenever we're at Empire Casino. Food is pretty good and service is average..
Waited over an hour for the food which never came. Drove in from PA to spend a day with my daughter. Nobody checked on us and we had to ask where our food was. The waitress blew us off and spent the next 20 minutes talking to staff and laughing. When I inquired about our order to the hostess she informed us that she could not help us. We asked for the manager and did not offer to help us or assist in the matter. 90 minutes start to finish and no food. There was less than 15 people in the restaurant.
