I know that they knew I was coming. Especially Kim, the person responsible for grossly overcharging me and pretending like I wouldn't notice. So. In general, Dr Fell is GREAT 10/10 would recommend. That means nothing when the person you have to see at the END of the visit looks you DEAD in your face and tells you that services are not covered by your insurance that ARE covered, then proceeds to CHARGE you FULL PRICE for said services....then also charges your insurance.
