When Dan Odom was running the branch it was good. I had been with State Farm for decades, when Leslie Odom took over, she does not answer phone calls. She made a mistake with my address, she gave me bad information for changing policy type which voided the new policy with underwriter. Then I got an auto policy price hike without an explanation. Ended up changing Home insurance to citizens, and moved my Auto Insurance to a new State Farm Branch. I would avoid this branch, and Leslie, if you need prompt and good information an... read more
