I wish I could give this place negative stars. They had my car (a 2021 kia with under 30,000 miles on it) that I bought in January, on 2 separate occasions. The second time being one day after I picked it up from the first service (where nothing was done) and they kept it for an additional 2 months. I got my car back yesterday morning and my engine light is ALREADY back on. Happened both times within 2 days of picking up my car. Do not trust them with your vehicle, do not work with John.

I called for a different reason, but I noticed that their website did not open when I pressed the link from Google search. I try to tell them that their website was not working and the general sales manager dismissed it and abruptly hung up the phone. I called a second time, this time it was another lady. I tried to tell her the same thing and she dismissed it saying the website works just fine or something to that effect! Long story short I never told them why I called in the first place. What a service!
What can I say since McGovern has taken over the Kia Store in Norwood its like a breath of fresh air. Jimmy P, Freddy P the whole sales and service staff all around are the nicest most helpful people I've met. If you're in the market for a new Kia or any Used car this is the place to go!!!
Con artists. Kept the same people when it was Dan O Brien!! Don’t go there
