Very inconvenient. My husband had his ID but I didn’t, so I stayed outside because the ID is being checked. The security saw me stop outside and asked to show my ID and I said I didn’t but my husband will go inside and buy one and I will wait until he comes. He then refused to send my husband inside and stopped us at entrance. I showed him my passport photo from the phone but still refused to send my husband

I tried calling, unable to speak to anyone. I asked the bot on your website and it referred me to yet another area of your website, ability to give feeback is awful. Anyways, i bought some non alcohoc beer for my brother to try who is a recovering alcoholic. Your store has the alcoholic version of Asahi in your "zero alcohol" section. Didnt realise until after a couple were consumed.
