The best customer service experience I have ever had!! From the Salesman to the maintenance staff, they made me feel like they really care! Long story short, my car stalled out and had to get towed to the dealership. They helped me find my key FOB (which was lost in my car for months), the maintenance guy took me for a ride in my car to show me exactly what my car was doing and fed us lunch! i know dan mullins was a good person and helped do many new things to the old downtown lawton restoration project, but i had tried to make a few deals with them but never could get it done, he just would not be competitive with other dealerships and come down to their prices. . the new owners were very eager to make a deal and actually offer fair trade-in values and willing to negotiate a deal. needless to say my wife and i were able to get a great deal and for the first time id rather shop local then go outa town on a new N... read more
