Dan, absolute pleasure once again. This is the second time I have come to Dan for mortgage purchase, and then refinance (rate down). Dan is pleasant, professional and knows his business hands down. Communication is timely, brief, and 100% accurate every time. Closing this was a breeze, and costs were the lowest I could find. I did compare several refi options, and Dan delivered on what he promised! Definitely recommended.

Dan was amazing when my wife and I bought our first home. He made contact with us consistently as the process moved forward. He also made sure we had any and all information we needed for each step of the process as well. He had almost all the answers on the spot and the few he didn't he found and relayed back to us nearly immediately. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him.
