Dan is knowledgeable and gives great advice for how to navigate selling your house. He communicates regularly to make sure everyone is on the same page. Things I would never think of when selling my house, he knew exactly what to do before it even happened. This is when I knew I was in good hands with someone experienced. Lots of moving pieces to manage but Dan and his team made sure the sale of my house went smoothly. Highly recommend, will definitely use again if needed.

Dan and his team are so efficient and professional. He got my home listed and sold in just a few days and I received well over asking price. If you are buying or selling a home in Maryland, you will be thankful that Dan is part of your team. We originally planned to put our house on the market in Spring of 2020, but we changed our plans due to COVID-19. Dan kept us informed of the market, never pressured us. Dan and his team are excellent! We originally planned to list our house in April 2020 before our second child was born, then the pandemic hit, throwing our plans for a loop!
