I have known Danny for over 15 years both as a personal trainer and coworker. He has always presented himself with the utmost professionalism and integrity. My experience with Dan was excellent. I have a very aggressive travel schedule and Dan created a plan that was flexible and met my needs based on what each hotel gym offered. Definitely worth engaging with Dan

Dan helped my son learn about the essentials of weight training. Dan showed interest, compassion, professionalism and a great sense of humor. My son has retained his experience with Dan and applies it to this day. Dan also worked with me to achieve my goals in the sports of triathlon. I started at age 50, and by age 58 I attained All World Athlete status, scoring within the top 10% of my age group worldwide.
