Had a great appointment with Dr.Li. She listens and isn’t immediately dismissive, which is a common issue I’ve experienced with several doctors recently. Seems like every doctor should approach a new patient that way but you’d be surprised. If you’ve gone to many different doctors for any medical issue you understand what I mean. Waited almost 2 hours in the exam room with not one person coming in. Finally went out to desk and said we will have to reschedule. Then they tell me we are next. I said nope you didn’t even acknowledge that we were in that room. I told the clerk to reschedule and told her why don’t anyone answer the phone. Her answer was did you listen to the selections. She is a great doctor. She listens to you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. She knows her stuff, i naturally hate doctors but she makes me feel it’s ok
