Dan & his office have always been helpful and prompt. It's a small office, but consistently has the same people there over the years I've been with them. Pricing is comparable to most other insurances. Their location is easy to get to/has parking/convenient if I have to drop by, but they work through phone/email just as well. Really pleased with the years of service there and would recommend them if you're looking for a new provider. (Car insurance + home insurance.)

I am so glad my entire family made the switch over to State Farm. The caliber of service we get from the front staff and Joe there is incredible. I literally hate dealing with anything insurance related on all fronts of my life, and Joe makes sure things are digestible, smooth, and just makes everything soooo much easier. Dan Lee has (had) been our agent for more than 20 years. He's never been available the few times we have had questions. The one time we needed assistance, we received zero communication from Dan. If you want an agent that responds to your communication, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
