My parents, my brother, and myself have used these people for about 10 years. I gave them my son’s extremely simple tax return this year as well. I was shocked to see the bill of $456 for my son’s tax return. When I brought this billing error to the owner Dan’s attention, he completely dismissed my concerns. One of his assistants was the one that did the tax return and he said he trusted her explicitly. This firm helped my nonprofit several years ago, so when I needed paid accounting services I called them. I left several messages and no return call. I understand businesses can choose their customers, but no return call at all is disrespectful and unproffessional. I have an appointment with another firm.
