Called and Inquired about some assistance. We were not taken seriously and hung up in the end by the attorney.
Horrible lawyer! He started a probate when my grandma passed in 2012 and it’s still not complete! He lost all the paperwork for it. Didn’t know what he was doing one day to the next. He put the home I was supposed to inherit in my sister’s name who passed away. Now I’m having to pay a new lawyer to finish what he couldn’t do.
I was extremely impressed with Mr. Payton's vast knowledge and professionalism. He is the best estate planner in the area. He was fair and handled things in a very timely manner.
