All the women working there are very nice
Average I know I'm 22 and I chose the $500 deductible with full coverage, but $330 per month is a little steep when we originally agreed to $313 per month for one auto and renter's, and still, that is quite expensive. I had home and car policies with Dan Kramer for over 20 years until I received the worse customer service from his staff. They take notes after you call and when I had a major issue with my insurance the girl read the notes to me which was nothing I had said. They made a mistake when renewing my car insurance. They took no ownership to this error which ended up costing me over a $1000.
