Have used them several times for various projects. Honest with their proposed scopes of work (if dealing with multiple issues at the same time) and they were efficient.
Installed shower hardware that does not turn enough to get hot water so shower is unusable. Numerous attempts at contacting by customer and BBB unsuccessful. Company not BBB accredited but shows BBB accreditation logo on website and Nextdoor app. BBB rating C+
I reached out for a backflow inspection and this company agreed to come out to my house at their next available time (two weeks later). Two stars because (1) they showed up when scheduled and (2) the technician was able to identify that the device was not functioning properly. Unfortunately, after informing us of the issue, the technician said he would "be right back with a quote" and left. We never heard from him again. Quick read: We got ghosted on an estimate and calling didn't help. We had Chad, the owner, come out to give an inspection. He seemed like an amazing and awesome guy! We went through the house and shared our plumbing issues (low shower pressure) and Chad seemed reasonable and knowledgeable and said he would send us an estimate that night for the work. Last Friday Nick installed a Kohler flushmate toilet with an handheld bidet and changed the vanity; he did an excellent job very efficiently in about a little over 2 hours. Neat clean job. Will always ask for Nick for all future plumbing issues. Sumi Raj
