Quick read: We got ghosted on an estimate and calling didn't help. We had Chad, the owner, come out to give an inspection. He seemed like an amazing and awesome guy! Last Friday Nick installed a Kohler flushmate toilet with an handheld bidet and changed the vanity; he did an excellent job very efficiently in about a little over 2 hours. Neat clean job. Will always ask for Nick for all future plumbing issues. Sumi Raj
Derek recently replaced our kitchen faucet which ended up being a more complicated task than expected. He communicated and explained the issues clearly and solved the problem. He was professional and friendly, and our new faucet works great! We’ve used OTP before, and will do so again.
Derek did a great job. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly.
We were very disappointed with Olde Town Plumbing. On the first visit, the plumber left a toxic chemical in our basement, which our four-year-old—thankfully able to read—found and alerted me to. The second visit was to fix a leaking toilet they had recaulked. The third visit was to repair a tub they had refitted a gasket on. They asked to remove some glaze around the flange, and when we agreed, they removed a large section, compromising our warranty with the glazing company.
