I reached out for a backflow inspection and this company agreed to come out to my house at their next available time (two weeks later). Two stars because (1) they showed up when scheduled and (2) the technician was able to identify that the device was not functioning properly. Quick read: We got ghosted on an estimate and calling didn't help. We had Chad, the owner, come out to give an inspection. He seemed like an amazing and awesome guy! We went through the house and shared our plumbing issues (low shower pressure) and Chad seemed reasonable and knowledgeable and said he would send us an estimate that night for the work. Last Friday Nick installed a Kohler flushmate toilet with an handheld bidet and changed the vanity; he did an excellent job very efficiently in about a little over 2 hours. Neat clean job. Will always ask for Nick for all future plumbing issues. Sumi Raj
Derek recently replaced our kitchen faucet which ended up being a more complicated task than expected. He communicated and explained the issues clearly and solved the problem. He was professional and friendly, and our new faucet works great! We’ve used OTP before, and will do so again.
