As the sellers agent, I had the privilege of working with Dan the buyers agent on a purchase of a home in the Cambridge area. There were a number of hurdles to maneuver around on the seller side - a septic system for instance that took longer than expected to get approved and installed. Through the process Dan was cool and gracious in his approach and as a team we were able to keep things moving forward.
