Unacceptable customer service. I called to schedule an appointment and was told the earliest available was a month away, I though that was a bit much but took the appointment. Then, just two days before the appointment, I received a call, that went to vm, canceling it with no real explanation. I called back, and they wanted to reschedule me for another month out — Ha! Don’t waste your time with this practice.

Wow! Dr Luu was amazing! She really listened to me and explained everything I needed to know in easy to understand terms. I’m normally uncomfortable with doctors but Dr Luu sei me at ease and really cared. I’m a happy patient!

I was pleasantly surprised at my first appointment with Dr Luu. She was so kind and understanding. She genuinely listened to all my complaints and concerns and had real suggestions and answers. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Luu has provided me stellar treatment and service. She listens, explains, and truly demonstrates compassion in her care. I never feel hurried. While the clinic itself needs some improvement, this has nothing to do with the care provided by Dr. Luu. She's thorough and extremely professional. She's the only reason why I have stayed with Graybill. I'm hopeful that the merger (or acquisition) by Palomar Health Care will improve the front office business practices. Dr. Luu and the team in practice are exceptional.
