Summer is sliding into fall. It's a great time to have your sewer pump/ejector cleaned and inspected. Also remember as the nights get closer to freezing temperatures to disconnect your outside water hoses and completely turn off the outside spigots. If you have any water pipes in the attic, crawlspace, or outside walls that are exposed, now is the time to insulate and save yourself from a frozen pipe later. Close your crawl space vents and seal around the crawl space doors.
