So I made an online service appt. to have my Xterra looked at because its making a squeaking noise and I believe the ball joints are bad. Appointment time was for 12:15 and I show up a few minutes before my scheduled time and I find out all the service techs go to lunch at the same time and wont be back until 1pm and that even then they might not be able to look at it right away. We were working with a salesman named Cody on buying a van outright with cash. When we came to look at it, it was in service. He let's us in and let us look at it. My husband said as soon as it's out, let us know and we will come test drive it and bring the money. (This was on Saturday). My husband messaged him today (Monday) and he replied that it was gone, they sent it to auction.
