I wrecked my car heading home from work on 2/24. I took it by Dan Hecht after work that following Monday and had the estimate done. Unfortunately I ended up having to total it, BUT when it was all said and done, I went back to look at some vehicles. I had Mary as my salesman, and she was fantastic. We received the best customer service from Tony when we were looking for our next car. He brought the car to me when I couldn’t make it to Effingham through the week to test drive, and they worked with us to get a car and a deal we’re comfortable with. He took the time to go over the entire car’s features so I knew exactly what I was getting, and I was comfortable with the technology as soon as I rolled off the lot. I’d recommend him and Dan Hecht to anyone I know.
We were traveling from out of state and had engine trouble. Called a few places and Dan Hecht said come on in. They squeezed us into their schedule and got us on the road in a few hours. Couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating both in their friendliness and service. Thanks again. Minnesota tourists.
The only thing good about this place is their service department.
