RecommendedThey always get you in for service and take care of the issue. They don’t come up with $300 to $500 of added items you really don’t need to have done like some places do, especially just after purchase of vehicle. They check their cars out better than anyone else I’ve dealt with before they sell them.

I've had trouble with the right front strut since I got this car. Taken it in to hear I can't find anything wrong tell the guy get in the front passenger side he says ok I feel it now while driving down the road so they change strut. Well starts making noise again only to take it in they change it again with a quick strut from Napa. Guess what.. it starts having problems again so i take it in service center says can't find what's wrong with it but will order another strut and see if that works. Dan Hect was clean, organized, friendly, and did an efficient job with an oil change and tire rotation. It was an unexpected stop for us, as we were returning to Louisiana from evacuation due to Hurricane Laura. Dan Hect was able to work us in, as our remaining oil life was at 4%, and we still had 900 miles to go. I am so thankful and grateful to Dan Hect for helping us!! Five Stars!!
