Similar to other reviews here, Dan ghosted us after doing a poor job on a project. We asked him to hang a sunshade sail in our backyard which proceeded to fall less than 12 hours later. He came back initially to fix the wire in question, but another wire broke within several hours. When we told him of the reoccurring issue and asked him to fix it, he said he would but never showed up and then proceeded to ghost us on subsequent calls and texts. Man this guy IS THE TRUTH! Took one phone call he was here within a hour! Took no time at all to complete the task in and out with precision 10/10 would recommend for ANYTHING you may need!

Dont waste your tine with Dan. Paid for a shower touch up, (posting photo) of how he left it. He was supposed to return to fix, he never showed up or answed text. Doesn't listen to direction. Paid him to epoxy porch. Turned out to be a nightmare, overuse of glitter pieces, didn't clean up after job; got paint on door, etc. Having to pay someone to come and re-fix several things Dan was paid to fix. Not a good experience.
Great and easygoing, he provided excellent service and fixed the door frame as fast as possible. Brought all supplies with him and even did all the cleaning. 5 out of 5 stars.
