Unfortunately, filing a claim and following up on all the details has taken over a week, and 7 days later, we are no closer to having an adjuster assigned properly to our claim. I sure hope this is not everyone's experience!
Agents cannot handle the requests correctly. I simply asked to remove one car from my Auto, they simply cancelled my policy. And when I asked to rectify, they removed the car from the policy, which should be on and left the one on the policy, which should be removed.
