I was out of State and worked with Dan virtually to help me sell a gutted single family in Medford. He went the extra mile as it were, took care of everything, and made it easy. On his suggestion we listed low to create a bidding war and in fact received 25 offers with the winner bidding 100K over asking. Needless to say I was extremely pleased with the results and can highly recommend Dan.
