Arron was very helpful, knowledgeable and looked at the whole picture of what needed to be done to help.
Being homeless for the past 3 years, always coming here and having consumables allocated in my NDIS plan, I asked for new inserts and a recommendation for new shoes. What I encountered was a barrage of negativity, unprofessional conduct, intrusive questions and a complete disregard for my circumstances. He even tried digging at my dignity, checked the age of the inserts Infront of me on his computer and said nothing when he found I was correct, and missed the purpose of the appointment entirely.
