Denise was such an amazing help to us in our search to find the perfect home. She was friendly & honest. Denise’s knowledge and expertise were paramount in guiding us from browsing homes (and we browsed a lot!) to making it to settlement day. She is a true gem and an asset to anyone who hires her as their realtor.
There are not enough words to express how we feel about Dan & Denise. Amazing. I've worked with another realtor before Denise and it was a night and day difference. Very professional and very friendly. I did not get the vibe Denise was selling a house to me to get my money. She truly cared about me as a person and was very patient with me through the process. She was always available and answering any questions I had at nearly any time of day. Very knowledgeable of Kent and Sussex County. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.
Great people to work with. Highly recommended. We could not be there through out the selling process. We had to return home and let Dan handle everything. He kept us informed through every step. We trusted him completely and gave him power of attorney so he could complete the sale without us being there.
