Words can not explain my unfathomable appreciation for Dan Demeo Realty. Dan Demeo did a great job in selling my house, he is fast, responsive, and great at what he does. I had found the Demeo Realty group through a connection and I could not be more thankful for their precision and helpfulness. He only cares about his sales. He doesn’t care who he puts on the street. Once he gets his sale all decency is gone. I had until the end of the month to move out, That was cut short. Had to sleep in hotels then my truck when that got too expensive. I did everything I could to make the move easy for him and the landlord. He let my cat out during an open house and rather than calling me to let me know about it he just left all the doors to the entire building wide open all day into the night. Typical salesman
I cannot recommend Dan highly enough but I’m going to try with this review. Dan sold our house in a week after a couple of open houses. The open houses were completely packed. He got us six(!) very strong offers and we ended up getting way over asking price. And then we closed in 30 days. Dan knew our neighborhood very well and obviously understood what buyers would be looking for. He and his team were extremely professional and they took care of everything for us. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Thank you Dan!
If you’re in the market to sell/buy a house, Dan is your guy. We met Dan at an open house he was running for his client. You can tell upon first intro that Dan is incredibly knowledgeable in the real estate field and, on top of that, is a solid person. We were very interested in the house he was selling and he made every effort to allow us to see the house.
