I bought a $500 clunker for parts but could not get there for personal inspection or to pick up the car due to distance and illness. The several folks I worked with over the phone and by email treated me like I was buying a new car. Respectful, responsive, helpful. It felt as if it's part of their culture. Again, several people from sales to manager. Bravo!
I recently purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT from the Dan Deery dealership in Waterloo. My family has purchased several Deery vehicles over the years and so I chose to look at their vehicles choices on line first. I made an appt to look at, and potentially buy a certain vehicle. Excellent service, great inventory!
Waste of time! go to buy a new TRX RAM and wasted 90 minutes of my time to only find out this dealer was going to tac on a $10,000 FEE onto the MSRP. Called Kruger Auto in Waverly Iowa and $0 added to a new TRX RAM Truck. I went to UNI 25 years ago and Dan Deery had an "iffy" reputation then and I see they have not changed at all! Waste of time and not worth going there is they are going to do the good ole bait and switch on clients!
