Very professional personal,
I'm a new patient here and was with my previous Dr. for many years. I was apprehensive about seeing a new Dr. The office staff and Dr. Le have been so good to me that any worry is gone. Dr. Le quickly caught up on my history and with minimal testing is now up to speed on my history. I also like that they have an on site Pacemaker tech and new equipment in the office.
I'm glad PCA called me to have me come in for a follow-up appointment because I have trouble navigating patient portals. In light of my cardiac history, it's important for me to have appointments that are more than anecdotal discussions about how I've been feeling.
