We couldn't be happier with the work that Raul and his crew did taking out our old flooring and replacing it. It looks amazing! Raul, who is the nicest person you will ever meet, was very up front about the work that needed to be done and the timeline needed to complete it. The price was also incredibly fair. Raul, from Dan D Flooring came out the day after I called them to give me an estimate for repairing my hardwood floors. That same day, I received my written estimate, and I decided to go with them. They made an appointment for the following week to showed up promptly on time to repair the floors which consisted of removing and replacing termite damaged boards in the floor, sanding, staining, and varnishing. I learned the hard way to not use a wheeled chair on our Luxury Vinyl Plant flooring in the kitchen. The flooring ended up getting torn up and needed to be replaced. I called around, and most flooring companies said the area to replace the flooring was too small an area for them, they had a minimum size they work with and my kitchen floor was just too small for them.
