Best orthodontist around! So happy with the service. The office is comfortable and clean. They also have a wonderful staff.
They need to be more open and understanding when it comes to appointments and arrival times. We were 14 minutes late for an early AM appointment on a rainy day, after driving almost 1 hour to get there. After waiting 6 minutes for the receptionist to get off the phone, she said that she had to reschedule us because they have a 20 minute rule. BTW, there was no one in the lobby waiting to be seen. I cannot believe how fast my sons treatment is progressing. I love the conservative approach. Recommend to me by my friend who is an RDH after she heard him lecture.
This place has the best customer service ever. Everyone is genuinely kind, courteous and friendly. The office is always clean and neat. I absolutely love going there. It feels like I’m going to visit my friends.
