Dropped my jeep off for work on my gear shifter and bezel and a few other issues they found such as the battery, supposedly. I get the vehicle back, it drives ok on the way home, nothing major that I noticed, I attribute some jerks in acceleration to me not having driven it in so long and not applying the proper pressure to the accelerator. Honestly I didn’t want to like Dan Cummins, most large companies like this feel they are too big for the average customer and overlook the needs of the little guy. But I will say the finance manager, sale manager and my salesman as well as the service department have bent over backwards for me to ensure I was taken care of. It takes a lot to be able to flip perception that drastically and I will say the team is very accommodating, they work with you the entire time, and make sure everything is as it should be.
