I’ve been taking our 2023 Jeep Gladiator to Dan Cummins in Paris, KY for service and warranty work for the past 2 1/2 years. They’ve always been very prompt and helpful. Their facility is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. We had a warranty issue that required the replacement of the front shocks and that was handled quickly and solved the problem. Oil changes are handled in about an hour. I’ve never gotten an extended wait to get any routine service completed.
