They explained everything from market trends to the home inspection, did not push us, and focused on helping us with finding the right home instead of a fast sale.
Our fam has used the Dan Cooper Group for more than ten years and we refer them to others. This year we referred them to a friend and their team handled a sale that took extra effort and we are more than satisfied.
Sold a home with them. Felt at ease from the first meeting and through a difficult seller's market. The team is ethical and knowledgeable.
My agent has tried to get a hold of him for weeks regarding a property he has listed. I feel sorry for the seller. Clearly, he’s made too much money that he doesn’t need to hustle. I listed a property with him years ago. He couldn’t sell it. Next agent sold it within 12 days. I question where all these 5 star reviews actually come from.
