I would avoid this dentist at all cost. First, Chu charged me a bogus “sterilization fee” at every single appointment regardless the types of visit (initial consultation, post-procedure checkup, etc) or whether any tools/instrument was used to which a sterilization procedure was required. OK, my mistake was to keep coming to him after getting an uneasy feeling about his practice.
