Purchasing the vehicle was a pleasure. Mr Julian and Scott M are top notch. The service guy is another story. He’s arrogant and ignorant. Trying to get the service guy to understand the issue was a problem. Took it in for a transmission shifting issue and he told me it was the def system. I told him it wasn’t and he told me it was full. He was wrong and ended up charging me $400 to add def, service fee and said nothing was wrong with it after they cleared the code. This is the 4th vehicle that we've purchased from Cava GMC. We are always pleased when dealing with them. Blake, Shawn, Bill, Vincenzo, Austin and the rest of the staff are all the best. We will definitely go back when shopping for our next vehicle.
