literally had an appt for Monday morning for a diagnosis with the service department. I called 6 times with no answer to the service department, and on the 7th I got an answer for them to tell me they dont know whats wrong with the vehicle and that they just now got it into the shop. Uncalled for and seriously, a diagnosis and 2 estimates were needed. You cant hook up your little computer to say this is bad and this will need this to be fixed.
