I have been a customer with State Farm for over 25 years and have never had a problem with them. Donna has always been so sweet and very helpful. I wouldn't believe all the negative reviews as sometimes, it's just personal. I get A+ service all the time and never have a problem speaking with Dan Cato if I need to. No other insurance company has been able to beat my rates in time I have been with them.

Stay away from this agent's office! As a customer who’s been with Dan Cato’s office going on 20+ years you'd expect excellent customer service... but not when you’re dealing with their office manager Donna Carminati. If I could give a negative number, I would because she is beyond rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and nasty to long time customers.
