Been with them for years for Homeowners. Horrible no customer service this year. Horrible. Changed Agency. The lack of follow up by Justin was incredible, cost us alot of stress and another 125.00 for a 4 point Inspection. Beware, choose elsewhere.

I switched all of my insurance needs to State Farm, mostly due to my impressions of Mike Kubacak. He listened and understood our needs at the time. Since being a customer, he continues to impress and assist. Our former insurance company was really a collection of different insurance companies and a pain to deal with. Now if we have questions or need assistance, we just call Mike. It's awesome!
I have been with then for years. Yes they are easy for claims and getting them paid. However we somehow had a policy change and the answervI get is the same and I want them to go back in history to show where it all started and that wont happen. They could care less about losing you as a longterm over 10 yr customer or that you would change ins. I had a great understaffer agent but the new one that took over I cant say the the same. Head to a different state farm agent.

I own 3 businesses and 8 rental properties. I spend a lot on insurance and have worked with several insurance agents/agencies over the years. No one better in the industry, hands down. If you want someone who cares and isn't just about selling policies, this is the guy. I've been with him for about 2 years now and I tell everyone I know about him. If you want quality and caring - this is your guy!
Katie Chase and her team are fabulous!! They are all so knowledgeable and are so easy to work with. There is always someone there when you call and they are quick to do whatever they can for you. I have all my polices with Katie.
