Been with them for years for Homeowners. Horrible no customer service this year. Horrible. Changed Agency. The lack of follow up by Justin was incredible, cost us alot of stress and another 125.00 for a 4 point Inspection. Beware, choose elsewhere.
Awful experience getting Dan Barnett's office to review a claim. They never call me back so I have to initiate every step of the process. Took months for their office to even get their claims department to call them back! They overlooked the most obvious components of the claim even though I sent pictures and sent me a blank form letter with no explanation. No follow up and they just don't care about their customers.
