I loved my visit with Dr. Gillogly at Grene Vision in Derby. I was pretty nervous to change eye doctors after 30 years with my previous Dr. in Wichita. I'm so glad I made the switch! He is personable, did a great examination of my eyes, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. And so close to home. My thanks to everyone at the office.
I asked Re contact lens exam, they said $30. After they checked, it was $60 at the desk. Then they attempted to bill Medicare. They were fully aware I had seen Dr Michelle Riggins, a neuro ophthalmologist, due to Myasthnia Gravis & I was current on eye health & glasses prescription through the VA (Veteran's Administration). I then received a bill for approximately $180 in addition to the $60. He didn't wait for my disease which which changes my vision minute to minute. I just needed contacts.
